These Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms") govern all recurring subscription purchases made through www.tryafter30.com and form part of the Terms of Service of AFTER30, a brand owned and operated by Catleen Natural & Co. Corp. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms.

Subscription Program

AFTER30 offers certain products through automatically renewing subscription plans designed to provide ongoing delivery at the frequency selected by you during checkout. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize AFTER30 and its third-party payment processors to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring shipment until your subscription is canceled. Your subscription will continue automatically unless canceled in accordance with these Subscription Terms.

Billing Authorization

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize AFTER30 to:

• charge your selected payment method automatically;

• charge applicable taxes and shipping fees;

• process future recurring payments according to your selected delivery schedule;

• update your payment information through authorized payment providers where supported.

If a payment cannot be processed, we may:

• retry the payment;

• notify you to update your payment method;

• delay shipment;

• suspend your subscription; or

• cancel your subscription.

Subscription Pricing

Subscription pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, discounts, promotional offers, shipping fees, or subscription benefits at any time. If required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice before any pricing changes affecting existing subscribers become effective.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account, including the ability to:

• pause future shipments;

• skip a shipment;

• update your delivery frequency;

• change your shipping address;

• update your payment method;

• cancel your subscription.

Changes must be made before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming shipment. Once a recurring order has been processed for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Subscription Renewals

Unless canceled, your subscription will automatically renew according to the delivery frequency selected during checkout. Each renewal constitutes a new purchase under these Subscription Terms. You authorize AFTER30 to charge your payment method for each renewal until cancellation.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account before your next recurring billing date. Cancellation becomes effective for future orders only. Orders that have already entered processing or fulfillment cannot be canceled. Canceling your subscription does not automatically create eligibility for a refund. Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by our Return &

Refund Policy.

Promotional Subscription Offers

From time to time, AFTER30 may offer:

• introductory discounts;

• first-order promotions;

• gifts with purchase;

• free shipping;

• loyalty rewards;

• subscription-exclusive pricing.

Unless otherwise stated:

• promotional offers apply only during the stated promotional period;

• promotional offers may not be combined;

• promotional offers have no cash value;

• AFTER30 reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

If we reasonably believe promotional abuse has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel promotional pricing, suspend subscriptions, refuse future promotional participation, or terminate customer accounts.

Subscription Changes by AFTER30

We reserve the right to:

• discontinue subscription products;

• modify available subscription products;

• change shipment frequencies;

• change subscription benefits;

• substitute packaging;

• improve formulations;

• update ingredients where legally permitted;

• discontinue subscription programs.

Where required by law, subscribers will receive reasonable notice before material changes become effective.

Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined or otherwise fails:

• we may retry the transaction;

• your shipment may be delayed;

• subscription discounts may be suspended until payment is received;

• your subscription may be canceled after repeated failed payment attempts.

Shipping

Subscription shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. AFTER30 is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs authorities, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

Subscription purchases are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Eligibility for refunds depends upon the specific circumstances described in that policy. Nothing in these Subscription Terms expands refund eligibility beyond what is expressly provided in the Return & Refund Policy.

Fraud & Abuse

To protect our customers and subscription program, AFTER30 reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions in cases involving:

• payment fraud;

• chargeback abuse;

• promotional abuse;

• repeated refund abuse;

• unauthorized resale;

• false information;

• violations of the Terms of Service;

• unlawful activity.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AFTER30 shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, payment failures, inventory shortages, discontinued products, shipping delays, or temporary suspension of subscription services arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Modification of These Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Subscription Terms at any time. Material changes will become effective upon posting to our Website or as otherwise required by applicable law. Your continued participation in the subscription program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Subscription Terms.

Governing Law

These Subscription Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to subscription purchases shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions contained in our Terms of Service.
