I ended up with a liver cyst after being told to take 14 supplements a day
Because there were no safe, age-appropriate formulas for women like me, an everyday Latina woman, a working mom of two, with no time and definitely not an elite athlete.
After 35, following my second baby, my body changed.
Low energy, breakouts, weight gain, teenage-level acne, restless sleep. I didn’t feel like myself anymore.
I realized I only had two options: Generic multivitamins that underdose everything, or extreme routines of 14–20 pills a day just to function. I ended up abandoning almost 80% of the supplements.
I felt older, tied to a pill organizer, alarms going off all day long. It wasn’t sustainable.
So I partnered with functional medicine doctors and specialists in Bioelement Science to build what didn’t exist:
