RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At AFTER30, a brand owned and operated by Catleen Natural & Co. Corp., we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
8-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your first purchase of a specific product, you may request a refund within 8 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below. This Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to your first purchase of each product. Subsequent purchases of the same product are not eligible for refunds under this guarantee. AFTER30 reserves the right to verify eligibility before approving any refund request.
Eligible Returns
To qualify for a refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee:
the request must be submitted within (8) days after delivery;
the purchase must be your first purchase of that specific product;
the product must have been purchased directly from www.tryafter30.com;
proof of purchase may be required.
Products purchased through Amazon, retail stores, healthcare practitioners, distributors, or other authorized retailers are subject to the return policies of those sellers and cannot be refunded by AFTER30.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by applicable law, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
repeat purchases of the same product;
gift cards;
promotional items;
complimentary products;
digital products;
downloadable content;
subscription renewal shipments beyond the first eligible order;
products purchased through third-party retailers;
products returned more than (8) days after delivery.
Opened Products
Our Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to allow customers to try our products. For eligible first purchases, a refund request may be submitted whether the product has been opened or unopened, provided all other eligibility requirements are satisfied.
Promotional Gifts
If your order included a complimentary gift, promotional item, or gift with purchase, the promotional item must also be returned if requested by AFTER30. If the promotional item is not returned when required, we reserve the right to deduct its retail value from the refund amount.
Bundles & Kits
Products sold as bundles, kits, duos, or promotional sets must be returned together. Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle are not available unless required by applicable law.
Return Shipping
Unless prohibited by applicable law or otherwise approved by AFTER30, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. AFTER30 is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Processing
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and similar charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: support@tryafter30.com
Please include:
your order number;
photographs of the product;
photographs of the shipping box;
photographs of the shipping label;
a brief description of the issue.
Once verified, AFTER30 may, at its sole discretion:
replace the product;
issue a refund;
issue store credit; or
provide another appropriate resolution.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your shipment, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Failure to report missing items within this timeframe may limit our ability to investigate the claim.
Lost Packages
If a shipment is lost in transit, AFTER30 will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. Replacement or refund decisions will be made only after the carrier's investigation has been completed. Packages confirmed by the carrier as delivered are not considered lost.
Stolen Packages
AFTER30 is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier and local authorities if package theft is suspected.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery of your order without prior authorization from AFTER30, any shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, carrier fees, or similar expenses incurred by AFTER30 may be deducted from your refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may be refunded less applicable shipping costs or reshipped upon payment of additional shipping charges.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our Customer Support team before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
cancellation of future orders;
suspension of customer accounts;
loss of promotional eligibility;
denial of future purchases where permitted by law.
AFTER30 reserves all legal rights regarding fraudulent payment disputes.
Subscription Orders
Subscription cancellations, billing, renewals, skipped shipments, and subscription management are governed by our separate Subscription Terms. Refund eligibility for subscription orders remains subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
Limitation
AFTER30 reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or inconsistent with the intent of this policy. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
