Processing Time
Once an order is placed, it normally takes our team 4–12 business days to process, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.
Please note: During high-volume periods such as holidays, sales, or product launches, processing times may be longer than usual.
Shipping Time
After processing, shipping time depends on your destination:
Domestic Orders (United States):
Average delivery within
7–12 business days
after processing.
International Orders:
Currently, we do
not
offer international shipping. We are working on making this available soon and will update our customers once international orders go live.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. After 30 is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package needs to be reshipped.
Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions.
