At AFTER30, a brand owned and operated by Catleen Natural & Co. Corp., we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. As AFTER30 continues to grow, additional shipping destinations may become available. International shipping availability will be announced on our Website.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–9 business days after payment has been successfully authorized. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends, U.S. federal holidays, and company-observed holidays. During periods of high demand, promotional events, holidays, new product launches, severe weather, or unforeseen operational disruptions, processing times may be longer than estimated. Order processing times are separate from shipping transit times.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on:
shipping destination;
carrier operations;
weather conditions;
holidays;
inventory availability;
customs processing (if applicable);
force majeure events; and
circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may not update immediately.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. AFTER30 is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from:
incorrect addresses;
incomplete addresses;
invalid addresses;
incorrect ZIP codes;
refused deliveries;
failure to retrieve packages;
failure to update shipping information.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we may charge additional shipping fees before reshipping the order.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us at support@tryafter30.com as soon as possible. We will gladly assist in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier. However, AFTER30 cannot guarantee the outcome of carrier investigations and is not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party shipping carriers. Packages confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout are considered successfully delivered.
Stolen Packages
AFTER30 is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier. If package theft is suspected, customers are encouraged to:
contact the shipping carrier;
check with neighbors or building management;
review security camera footage if available;
file a police report where appropriate.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at: support@tryafter30.com
Please include:
your order number;
photographs of the damaged product;
photographs of the shipping box;
photographs of the shipping label.
We may request additional information to assist with our investigation. Approved claims may result in a replacement or another resolution at our discretion.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order is incomplete or contains incorrect items, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery. We may request photographs and additional documentation before issuing a replacement.
Delivery Delays
AFTER30 is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
weather;
natural disasters;
carrier delays;
customs inspections;
labor disruptions;
public emergencies;
acts of government;
transportation interruptions;
inaccurate shipping information; or
other events beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery delays do not entitle customers to refunds unless required by applicable law.
Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon transfer of the shipment to the carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may not be available for shipment to specific jurisdictions due to applicable laws or carrier restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments where prohibited by law.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, we may ship items separately at no additional charge when necessary.
Promotional Shipping Offers
From time to time, AFTER30 may offer free shipping or other shipping promotions. Unless otherwise stated:
promotional shipping offers are available only during the stated promotional period;
promotions cannot be combined;
promotions have no cash value;
AFTER30 reserves the right to modify or discontinue shipping promotions at any time.
Force Majeure
AFTER30 shall not be responsible for delays or failures in shipping resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, transportation interruptions, cyber incidents, acts of terrorism, war, or other force majeure events.
